Ravish Kumar Singh was born in Bihar, India in 1992. Ravish Kumar Singh completed his Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE) and B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from PHONICS Group of Institutions, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, in 2017 and 2020 respectively. 

Ravish Kumar Singh started his career with NTL Electronics India Ltd. from Dec 2010 to July 2013. Thereafter, Ravish Kumar Singh joined Halonix Technologies Ltd in July 2013 and worked up to Sep 2014. After this, Ravish Kumar Singh worked with Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd. from Nov 2018 to June 2019.
