Scientific Writing Using LaTeX

In the modern era, the role of typesetting software has emerged significantly in diverse fields of Science and Engineering. The researchers need several typesetting software for writing scientific documents such as manuscripts, technical reports, books, journals, etc. It becomes cumbersome for the researchers to decide to use one or the other software for preparing the documents. This two days’ workshop aims to provide exposure to various typesetting software, that researchers can use for their work. The special focus will be on LaTeX software, which is very flexible, robust, multi-platform compatible, and user-friendly to write scientific documents.

Eligibility

B.Tech. (Third and final year) students, M.Tech. and Ph.D. scholars, industry persons, and faculty/staff 

members from colleges and universities.
